NeuroPed focuses on the detection and early treatment of developmental disturbances in children, taking advantage of neuroplasticity, the brain's ability to learn new skills. The research shows that neuroplasticity can be modulated through the Neuro-Rehabilitation in order to obtain better functional results.

Initial assessment of clinical and functional interdisciplinary
Each treatment in NeuroPed begins with an initial assessment interdisciplinary, following the framework of reference biopsychosocial of the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health of the WHO. The objectives are to set realistic and measurable in order to avoid false expectations and subjective criteria.

The treatments are performed through a multidisciplinary team that designs a personalized program of treatment interdisciplinary based on the needs of the child and the consensus of objectives between the family and NeuroPed. The team has over ten years of experience in neurorehabilitation, especially in neurorehabilitation of children.

Monitoring and evolution
After discharge, NeuroPed maintains contact with the family in order to follow the evolution of the child and to perform adequate follow-up of the case. It is recognized that the child's needs may evolve as it grows, so it is important to detect any changes and to adapt the therapeutic programs accordingly.
