NeuroPed is a private Paediatric Neurodevelopmental Centre that provides care to children and young people from birth to early adulthood (0-21 years). Our therapeutic approach is based on a comprehensive model that covers the 4 key Dimensions of neurodevelopment in children: Family, School, Community, and Professional. We implemented an innovative treatment backed by the Neurorehabilitation, the evidence-based medicine and advances in neuroscience and neuroplasticity, with successful outcomes in other countries.

We have a multidisciplinary team, highly experienced, and a unique vision focused on improving the quality of life of the child and their family. Our intervention programs, establish measurable goals to short-term and a long-term vision.

Our therapies will be made on an individual basis, although there will be therapies as a group whenever deemed positive for the individual development of each child.

Early care

A center of early care provides assessment, diagnosis, intervention and support for children with developmental difficulties. Provides stimulation in areas of cognitive, motor, communication, social, and emotional. Offers advice to families.

Unit of Neurological disorders

Neurorehabilitation pediatric: Evaluation and treatment of neurological injuries in children. Objective: to improve functionality physical, cognitive, and emotional. In NeuroPed, focus on recovery and better quality of life based on neuroscience and scientific evidence.

Unit specialized diagnostic and TEA

In the TEA, professionals in psychology, and child psychiatry assessing the social communication, interaction, and patterns of behavior. Methods include observations, interviews, and psychological tests

Unit of Potentiation of Learning

To improve the ability of learning by applying strategies and resources. Fostering a positive environment, curiosity, autonomy, and responsibility. Development of skills such as resilience and creativity for a lifetime.

Learning Ehancement Unit

Improving learning with diverse strategies to optimize knowledge acquisition and cognitive abilities. Individualized approach, study techniques, and cognitive skill development for effective problem-solving. Transferable skills for real-life applications.

Clinical Psychology

Improve quality of life of children and families, to face challenges, emotional and behavioral. Psychological assessment, intervention and therapy for stress management, emotional regulation, self-esteem, social skills and resilience. Guidance to families and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Special programs

We also have programs designed to help children with disabilities in their transition to adult life. These programs focus on key aspects such as the transfer of responsibility for the health care, the provision of education, training or employment after leaving school.

The programs are customized, adapting to the needs of each individual child, and seek to promote the independence and autonomy. In addition, Neuroped offers support in the search of the school, or the day that best suits the needs of each child.

Vibra therapy offers multiple benefits in neurorehabilitation by stimulating the nervous system through mechanical vibrations that activate muscles and enhance the connection with the brain.
